Masak in Malay means “cook”. Inspired by my Nyonya heritage cooking with spices. Featured cooking ingredients include kicap manis, ikan bilis (anchovies), belacan (shrimp paste), chili padi, star anise, garlic, torch ginger flower, tamarind and spring onion.
